Managing Director
Sjoerd Lohle
brings with him 20 years of experience in treasury management for large banks and has served as a Director on the board for some of the banks he served. In this time he accumulated a considerable wealth of experience in business management, corporate governance, financial planning services, and accounting and taxation matters. In 2001 Sjoerd founded the EON Group of companies. EON consulted to various Ministries, arranged finance for Air Namibia and started to focus on Property Management. Sjoerd is responsible for the overall management of the group operations and is based in Windhoek.
Account Managers
Andre Human
served the banking industry for 27 years where he acted as branch manager at several branches in Namibia. Andre joined our team in 2013 as an Account Manager, in charge of a selected number of Bodies Corporate that includes liaising with members and Trustees regarding operational issues and to schedule and attend AGM meetings.
Nanda Nasilowski
has more than 8 years’ experience in the banking industry. She possesses the capabilities of a good leader, as she was a proud owner of her own company after her employment in the banking industry where she mastered her administrative skills over the 10 years’ operating/managing her own company. Nanda joined our team as an Account Manager to attend to several Bodies Corporate, responsibilities include liaising with members and Trustees regarding operational issues and to schedule and attend AGM meetings.
Rona Hanekom
has a strong background in building maintenance and repairs, technical maintenance regarding electric fences automated gate motors and cctv cameras. Over the years Rhona accumulated a good administrative knowledge base. Rona was in twelve month training for all aspects of Body Corporate Management and was then promoted to Account Manager to attend to the management of several Bodies Corporate. Her responsibilities include liaising with members and Trustees regarding operational issues and to schedule and attend AGM meetings.
Hendriette Louw
is the assistant to the Body Corporate Account Managers and attends to all the secretarial duties, drafting minutes of meetings and preparation and distribution of all AGM documentation. Hendriette is also responsible to liaise with the bodies corporate to arrange for any change in signatories to the bank accounts.
Administration
Eugen Fourie (Financial Manager)
finished his accounting degree and is in charge to oversee all the accounting aspects of EON Property Services and our clients. The Administration staff reports to Eugen and together they are ready to serve your needs.
Perdio Strauss
has experience in accounting and credit control and is dedicated to assist the Bodies Corporate and the members of the Body Corporate to resolve any queries (other than repairs and maintenance) that they may have. Perdio attends to all aspects of the City of Windhoek accounts and attends to all of the human resource aspects of the group.
Charlene Hanse
Has joined the team 3 years ago, as an accounts clerk and has since grown and is on her way to master the art of management. She is currently serving as a senior accounts clerk administering the staff. She has been an asset to the company as she strives towards the goals of the company and as final year student in her studies for a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management she facilitates for further growth of the company.
Karin Mouton
joined the team when we bought the business operations regarding Bodies Corporate Management from Joubert Balt Real Estate in 2010. Karin is dedicated to reconcile and prepare payments for all the bodies corporate, reconciles any COW water “dumping”, controls all water accounts where Bodies Corporate sells water to members and prepares BC salary and wages payments and City of Windhoek payments.
Dawleen Vries
is dedicated to the credit control of the Bodies Corporate, in constant communication with members that are in arrears to make sure that the Bodies Corporate does not have cash flow difficulties.
Spatzi Noreseb
is a young vibrant individual that is currently pursuing his studies in accounting and finance, Spatsi is the assistant to Eugen and is responsible for the audit preparation of every Audit File that required by the Auditors to complete the Audit for each body corporate.
Shandre Bock, Zea van Wyk, Clauden Mushindi
is tasked with bookkeeping aspects of the administration that includes bank reconciliations, invoicing the accounts of members, mailing of monthly statements to members and the preparation of supplier payments for Bodies corporates. They assist walk-in clients and also carry-out telephonic queries in and around the office regarding accounts.
Real Estate
Izelle du Toit (Eon Real estate manager)
joined our team in 2016 and now heads our Real Estate division. She attends to lease management of property and where necessary to engage in the purchase and sale of properties. Izelle is a registered member of the Namibia Estate Agents Board.
Ludmila Kusch
attends to all EON Real Estate administration such as invoices and payments. She will assist you on any account enquiries concerning EON Real Estate. She comes with more than 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry.
Short Term Insurance
Erika Reissner
attends to all the insurance aspects of our clients as liaison between the bodies corporate and the insurance companies to ensure that claims are attended too timeously and payments are received as soon as possible.
Maintenance & Repairs
Derik de Klerk
is the Maintenance & Repairs Manager tasked to manage all the foremen to make sure that tasks for the day are attended to timeously and work is done to accepted standards through onsite inspections and report to management and the Trustees on work that must be done.
Zelda Bezuidenhoudt
assists the maintenance manager on the complaints regarding repairs and maintenance. She also does all administrative work for the maintenance department.
Our maintenance staff comprises of 26 staff members under the supervision of:
Willem Van Der Merwe, Jacques Kruger, Ruben Lihelele, Linus Eliakim.
The teams are always ready to investigate and repair maintenance matters on instruction from the Trustees
