Switching Management Company

IS AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3!

Not happy with your management company? It may be time to change

If your management company isn’t delivering on your expectations, it may be easier than you think to make the change.

Make the switch in 3 simple steps:

  1. Speak to the Trustees

The Trustees are empowered to change managing agents. Speak to your Trustees to change managing agent and if this is not successful and you feel strongly about the situation:

  1. Evaluate the Managers in the business

Choose an experienced Body Corporate Manager with a strong reputation.  EON has more than 13 years’ experience in Body Corporate management and is the largest manager in Namibia with more than 110 bodies corporate under management

  1. Request a change of Managing Agent

At the annual general meeting (AGM) or an extraordinary general meeting (EGM), call a motion to change the Body Corporate Manager. A majority vote will mean that you may serve notice to the existing manager and appoint the new manager.

We will help you with the formal process and liaise with the current Manager for the hand over process – all we need is the minutes of the meeting or a resolution from the Trustees and we will do the rest.
