As chairman of the trustees of the Parktown Body Corporate in Pionierspark, I can only strongly recommend the professional and prompt service of Eon. Our Body Corporate has been in dispute with the Municipality for a number of years regarding our water account and we thank EON for their continuous commitment to resolve the matter that in the end saved the Body Corporate N$350,000-00. We are forever grateful for this dedication and thank Eon for going the extra mile in the interest of the tenants and the owners of units in Parktown. Due to great management, Parktown is a very clean and quiet complex, despite 78 units, and it's a pleasure living here.
We have a 10 unit Body Corporate that the members always managed on our own. Recently the members decided that we wish to get a managing agent to manage the complex because we do not have the time and energy to manage the complexities of the Body Corporate anymore. We approached EON Property Services and we want to thank Sjoerd and his staff for the friendly and professional manner that they assisted us to collate all the data and management accounts in a seamless and easy manner that had us up and running within three weeks!
